I am looking to make an app in which someone can fill out a form with the relevant info (text, true/false & images etc) once the form is completed I would like the information that was given to be put into a PDF and then sent via email to a specific email and then also the email given by the end user. I have been told that this is possible but unsure of how to actually achieve it.

I think is good combination with APIs to send emails like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
