My return value is always zero if i have none records in my calculation but after the second attempt, the value calculates correctly. Other words, a record must exist to get the correct number. See video. Thanks
Hello @carpantry1986, this issue could be occuring from multiple reasons. The first thing we’ll test is making sure that you’re logged in, because it’s getting information from the logged in user database collection. Then, please check if the logged in user that you’re using has values in the fields inserted in the calculation.
After checking the points above, please let me know if the issue persists, so we can check if there’s a problem with the screen or the calculation.
