Google detects Web App as phishing and blocks it!

Hi,

I moved my Adalo Web App to a new custom URL about two weeks ago. Today Google has decided that the site is now a phishing site and had blocked my URL and entire site. Big red warning message.

I get the following from Google search console > security

Deceptive pages

Description

These pages attempt to trick users into doing something dangerous, such as installing unwanted software or revealing personal information. Learn more

Sample URLs

https://web.rc-flyer.com/

I’ve contacted Adalo Support but thought I would also post on here as this might be a known issue with a quick fix, hopefully!

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hey @MattTakharRC this is because of the influx of many scam apps that have come about recently. People are creating fake banking apps and asking for sensitive information. We are working with Google and Microsoft on this matter, but if you navigate to your page and hit that ‘report an error’ link at the bottom, then you will get your account reviewed (I just did that for your site too).

Unfortunately, programmatic safeguards by Google and Microsoft to try and clamp down on unsafe apps are not perfect.
