A lot of the rejection threads on here come down to missing or weak web pages, not the app itself. Here’s the checklist I use before anyone submits.
1. Privacy policy page
Both stores require a public URL. It needs to be a real page that loads without a login, and it should match what your app actually collects (email, location, payments, etc.).
2. Support page
Apple requires a support URL. A page with a working contact form or email is enough, but a dead link or a “coming soon” page can get you flagged.
3. Account deletion page
If users can create an account in your app, Google Play expects a way to request deletion, and Apple expects in-app deletion. Link to a simple page that explains how.
4. A simple marketing/landing page
Optional for Apple, but it gives reviewers context for what your app does and gives you a place to send users and run ads.
Quick tips
- Open every URL in a private/incognito window before submitting.
- Make sure the app name and description on your page match your store listing.
- Contact forms and booking buttons are the usual things that break on these pages, so test them on mobile.
I build and fix Adalo apps for a living (contact forms, booking buttons, SEO, mobile layout), so I’ve set these pages up many times. If you want a second pair of eyes before you submit, drop your URLs below and I’ll tell you what I’d fix.
