Google Maps API restrictions

Hi

I have an app that uses Google maps to allow users to click on a map to place pins and return address information to my adalo collection through a JavaScript on a web view component.

Everything is working great but Google is hassling me that my key is publicly exposed in the script. Actually, they are right.

Does anyone have experience in limiting a Google key to specific referrers?

My “website” page for the jscript is on netlify which displays great inside of my adalo pwa.

But if I whitelist any URLs on adalo or Netlify the page breaks.

Any ideas?

Hi

I get this too. I am using Google Maps in Android, iOS & website. I do not know how to use different keys for each as Adalo just allows one key for Google Maps in the builder.

Maybe Adalo can help clear this up
