I set a payment method to receive in-app payments through google play console and they paid “29” cents to my account and I verified the payment, but I came across such a screen and I sent a detailed message to google play console support team 2 days ago. If anyone has experienced this or has an idea, can they give their opinion about when the preemption method will be approved?
