​I am having trouble connecting my custom domain bonheurservices.com to my app.

​Here is what I have done so far:

  • ​DNS Settings (Namecheap): I added an ALIAS record for @ and a CNAME record for www, both pointing to hosting.adalo.com.

  • ​Propagation: It has been over 72 hours since the changes were saved.

  • ​Adalo Dashboard: The interface was showing “Updating certificate” for a long time.

​The issue: When I visit www.bonheurservices.com, I get a “Not Found” error.

​I have already checked that my app has a designated “Home Screen”. My Google Search Console shows the domain is connected, but the content is not being served by Adalo.

​Could someone from the team or the community check if there is a manual step missing or if the SSL certificate is stuck?

For me, the app opens successfully when I go to www.bonheurservices.com.

Now I can see the domain directs the users to a custom coded website instead an app built with Adalo. Is this question still relevant for Adalo? Thank you and have a great day!
