Help with Quiz App/Feedback

Hi everyone

I’ve been working through the different examples people have provided but I can’t seem to get them to work in my app.

Basically, I have a music quiz for key signatures for my students. Previously I had done this using codepen and embedded the html code for them but would like to provide this as a tool in my app. Each image has two correct answers (major and minor) and I would like an option where they can run through the questions either by entering text or using multiple choice.
