How can I get the most out of support?

Wanted to hear some advice from others.

Whenever I submit a support ticket for a problem I’m having, I typically get the same results.

Someone responds after 48 hours, asking a follow up question. I respond with the answer, then I never hear from anyone again. Then they close out the ticket.

Has anyone had success getting a good response from support? Do I just not have a high enough package? (I’m on the professional plan)

Any help would be appreciated. I’m pretty frustrated.

In my opinion, though still not ideal, Adalo’s support was much better in the past.
Not just in support tickets, but in the forum as well. The experts in here are GREAT.

The “employees / experts” used to help more.
They seem to just lurk in the background now-a-days.
Not sure.

In Adalo’s defense, support for something like this doesn’t scale easily, or cheaply,
Especially if they have a small team, and a billion things going on.

If you can imagine bunches of users, that can’t code, and are completely new to CRUD development; many whom don’t even read the basic documentation, and they just want someone to build their app for them, for free… by asking questions… it floods support.

To answer your question:

I don’t like this solution at all. But, depending on your issue,
it maybe best to contact an Expert and perhaps pay them a few bucks.

Note to Adalo:
You have a good thing going. Adalo V2 is a tremendous improvement!!
You have lots of competitors. Don’t blow it. And…

SUPPORT SUCKS!..

As Steve Jobs used to say,
“I don’t mean that in a small way; I mean that in a big way.”

We’re rooting for you, Adalo!
