It’s been an unacceptable wait time for a response, despite initially contacting support while my subscription was still active. I deactivated it and cant continue until I got response or resolution to my issue. The issue remains unresolved, significantly impacting my time and my project’s progress. I submitted my ticket June 20. Should I give them another week? I’m not sure if we deserve that kind of waiting. This experience made me sign up and try other platforms which is something I hate doing. I’ll be wasting months of effort, time and money. Sorry everyone I’m just frustrated. Adalo is not the company I expected.
I sincerely understand the frustration man. I have “chewed them out” several times via email. I’ve threatened to leave the platform, everything you can thing of. Most of the time I ended up figuring out the solution to the problem before ever even hearing back from Adalo support. In fact, I am not sure they have ever successfully solved one of my problems. But - they do try. I think they just genuinely are massively overwhelmed.
Would you like to discuss what problem it is that you’re having? Perhaps myself, or another community member can help you break it down. A lot of us end up running into the same problems, and when one of us finds a solution, it is helpful to share and talk about it.

Sorry for the confusion Anthony. I just checked the ticket queue and it looks like a couple of our staff have responded across a few different tickets you’ve sent in. Hopefully they’ve got things sorted out but if not let me know and I can take another look. Thanks for your patience.
