Can someone explain how to send notifications to users for an upcoming task? I don’t know what to use to accomplish this. If someone could explain step by step. I’m talking about either message notifications, email notifications, or notifications when you are not in the app essentially. Do I use Zapier and if so how? Please help lol.

You can send push notifications by using the “Trigger Notification” action. This requires the app to be installed on the user’s device.
To trigger email notifications, you need to set up either a custom action or an integration with another tool like Zapier, Make, or Twilio.
Another helpful tool is Abracadalo.
Ok but aren’t push notifications only within the app? I want people to be reminded when they are not in the app.
