I set trigger notification to one screen but cant figure out how it works. Can someone please explain?

not 100pc sure, but It might only work in the App once installed.

This is true. They only work when you have an app installed on your phone. They won’t work with the web app. But for an installed app, it will trigger a Push notification on the target users’ phone.

Custom Actions and External Collections will work on mobile and web-apps. Notifications as part of Adalo work from web-app to mobile, but Not just one web-app.
