How to create a public view?

I wanted to see if anyone knows how to create a public view.

My case is the following:

I have three restaurants, each one has its own menu, I want to create a public page (obtain a URL) so that the person visits www.restaurant.com/restaurant1 and can see the menu of that restaurant, without having to go through a button or dropdown to select the restaurant that interests you.

I thought it could be done with the url friendly component, but it is impossible to configure and there is no documentation.

Anyone come up with a way?

Since what I do, is create a list that shows

Logged user> restaurant> menu

But, in that case it only shows the menu to the restaurant manager and not to customers who are not registered to that restaurant.
