Public Experience, without installing a mobile app

Hey guys,

This is going to sound like I’m new; fact, I am.

I’ve got a restaurant looking to allow customers to place orders on their website, They don’t want to require customers to install a Mobile app but they do want a responsive experience.

They also want to manage the orders both from a Mobile app and Web app.

Is it possible to hook up a custom domain (sub-domain) for the public to view, make an order, and give an Admin access to manage orders?

Are their any examples of the above, or something similar?
