To add ads to your Adalo app, create an AdMob or Facebook Ads account, set up ads, and get your API key. Then, go to Adalo’s Settings, select Monetization, and add your ad details. Finally, drag and drop the Ad component into your app.

I’d just like to add that you need to be very careful that for testing, you have test ad IDs, relevant to Google or Apple, as well as ensuring that everything is in test mode. I recently attempted this and thought that everything was correct, however Google flagged me for policy violation.
Google can’t be reasoned with. They didn’t provide any explanation and on appeal, with me explaining that i was using test ad IDs in test mode, they rejected the appeal, again without any explanation and barred me from AdMob for life! Triple check everything!
Still no idea what i did wrong… all loaded ads showed as test mode.
