How to Send Scheduled Emails

Hi there,

I’m looking for a way to send scheduled emails for my appointment management system.

So far, I’m sending out user-triggered confirmation / cancellation / change mails with SendInBlue. However, I’d like to send an automatic “Rate your experience” email a day or so after the appointment.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

You can achieve this with automation tools (i.e. Zapier/integromat etc)

Do a scheduled lookup of your collections to check for appointments completed in the last few days and when you find a match, trigger the email for that record
