First of all, you can have a look at the error logs by clicking “Error Logs” label. Usually at the bottom you can find some error description, this can shed a light on what could be causing the issue.
If you’re not able to resolve it on your own, you can submit a ticket to Adalo support: Submit a Support Ticket

I solved the problem. An error appears on all images that are in JPG. I transferred them to PNG and now there is no error
