I don't see "add to home screen" when I publish as a PWA?

So, I published my app as a PWA and gave it a custom URL that reoslves correctly. However on my android S9, when going to the url, I get nothing but the login screen. If I login, I still never get a popup/notification about adding to the homescreen. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

I did clear the cache on my browser.

Not available for android. I hope Adalo add this feature soon

Unfortunately, this feature is not currently a priority on our roadmap.

Seems like this would be a stellar feature. Other companies with far fewer features including WordPress offer this feature… would be a great addition.
