only “site” its like when a set “app”, it does the same thing.

Ahh, I have just noticed the issue. Try removing site. from the host name.

This is a subdomain and you cannot add a CNAME to a subdomain, you only need to add the domain. So, it should be…

name/host: bellarosadelivery.com.br
type: CNAME
points to/value: hosting.adalo.com

Your domain must be setup with a subdomain before the domain name to work properly.

As far as I know, we can put only subdomain, which in your case is site or app, just put subdomain only, not the whole domain.

So CNAME is app
value : hosting.adalo.com.

try this, and wait for a few minutes.
