Issue while adding custom domain to adalo app

I add record as like as adalo suggested. but why the error occured.

help to fix this issue.

@Ajay12 on your first screenshot you show how you set up the record

flyyon.flyyon.in

as a CNAME record pointing at hosting.adalo.com.

And it works perfectly:

% nslookup flyyon.flyyon.in
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53
Non-authoritative answer:
flyyon.flyyon.in canonical name = hosting.adalo.com.

Name: hosting.adalo.com
Address: 54.224.90.229

However, on your second screenshot you’re trying to set up the domain “flyyon.in.flyyon.in”, as you have added “flyyon.in” as a hostname. Of course Adalo can’t find this domain.

Please keep in mind that normally you can not have a CNAME record pointing at root domain (flyyon.in). This is against DNS rules and it has been discussed extensively in the forum.

I’ve explained the mistake you’ve made - you are trying to link wrong domain to your app.
