How is the adalo database updated after the web version is published?

hello everyone, my question is how will the data from my adalo profile be updated after the publication of the pwa version? tomorrow I publish the site and continue to update it in the adalo profile, how will this data be updated? do I need to publish again or does it happen automatically?
