IAP subscription no annual renewal

I used the IAP subscription beta component.
In testflight:
If the users subscribes a monthly subscription I have a renewal 12times.
If the users subscribes an annual sbusctipion, there is no renewal.

Both subscriptions are in same subscription group.

Any idea why ?
