IAPHUB and Google cloud

Hello everyone. For weeks, I’ve been trying to set up IAPHUB on my application. I’ve deleted it twice and tried again from scratch. Obviously, I messed something up in the Google Play Console or on Google Cloud. Here’s what I’m getting:

I’ve tried contacting the IAPHUB support but haven’t received any response, so I’ve deleted everything again, and I noticed this on the cloud. I don’t know what this means.

Should I delete the entire project from Google Cloud and try again? I’m not sure if I’m allowed to because I’ve already gone through internal and closed testing.

But if I delete everything on Google Cloud, I’ll lose the Service Accounts: Firebase Admin SDK Service Agent and the Firebase Service Management Service Agent

I really beg for your help. If I could pay someone from Adalo to help me, I would do it. I’ve spent weeks reading and watching tutorials on how to work on Adalo. I’m stuck on this and I don’t know what to do next?
