Image Component + Custom Lists Not Loading in One App — Anyone Seen This?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get advice from anyone who has dealt with this before.

I have an Adalo project that has been working normally, but suddenly the image component and custom lists stopped loading or pulling data — only in this specific app.

Here’s what I’ve checked already:

• Other Adalo apps in my account work perfectly
• A brand-new test app loads images and lists fine
• The database in this app is intact
• No RLS or external API involved
• Cache cleared, browser switched, device switched
• Duplicating the app carries the same issue
• Support said it appears “isolated to this project” and escalated it to engineering

So it seems like something inside the project became corrupted or is blocking the components.

Has anyone experienced something like this in ONE specific Adalo app?
If so:
• What caused it?
• Were you able to fix it without rebuilding?
• Any tips or things I should check while I wait for engineering?

I’m sorry for this situation and support team will get back to you soon! By the way, this happens in previewer or PWA side, or Native side? (Native Android or Native iOS) Have you tried deleting the current built screen with it’s components and re-adding a new screen with the respective components, and trying again? Is the new react native toggle turned on or off under settings? Is the app built in legacy version or responsive version?
