Is there a way to get instant speed on list clicks? Or the illusion of it through skeleton screens?

The moment the user clicks a list item, the app reacts, not waiting 0.3 seconds before Link, thats what is going on for me currently. Sometimes 0.5 seconds till Link to Profile screen.

Other apps do it with Skeleton screens like YouTube, no data just a Loading screen
