Invoicing for a company and credit card issue

I have two questions:

  1. for mistake I was going to set up yearly plan but I didn’t update the credit card so the payment failed.
    Can I update the credit card and be sure I will not be charged again once the card with refused payment will have enough money on it?
  2. I need to invoice to my company but I see I can only put address, name but not the vat code for example.

I tried but there is some issue on the support ticket. even though I filled in all the fields it asks me to complete required field
