Is it possible to use the same database for the app and the WEB?

Can the database used for application development be used as it is in the WEB version?
I would like to make it possible for the same user to use both the app and the WEB version without new registration.

Yes, when you click the create a new app button, youre presented with mobile or pwa option. Select the one you want to create. On step 3 branding, there is an advanced options button. Click that and you have the option to select share database.
