Hi, I am familiar with apples test flight, and published from Adalo to Testflight, but is there an android tool like it? I haven’t tried publishing to android yet, and was wondering how the process works compared to apple?

You can create an internal build in the Google Play Console for testing in the same likeness as TestFlight.
Check Adalo’s documentation. They have a guide for that.
