I know that apple has stringent guidlines on unfinished apps so I was wondering if their was a way with a paid plan that I could have the app sent to me instead of me trying to put an unfinished app on the iphones app store

Apple has platform called Testflight that allows you to natively test apps without pushing them to the app store. When you publish the app in Adalo, it publishes the app to testflight, where you’ll test (then debug) the app, then you’ll push it from testflight to the app store.
In short, publish your app in adalo. Download the testflight app and test the app there.
