How to fix when design, preview, and testflight are not same?
Use a bit of trial and error and use the previewer in different modes. Try centering components to help fit different screen sizes, by dropping the component when the center guideline shows.
Use transparent rectangles to help space/pad things too.
Make one adjustment at a time and recheck iphone SE on previewer. I also noticed iPhone SE is prone to issues more than the other devices on previewer.

Yes same, you need to play with the layout and check on previewer.
