Hello, I’m trying to layer an image on top of an app bar but can’t get the layering figured out. I have done this before but can’t recreate it. Not sure what the issue can be. At the moment I can only get the image under the app bar no matter how I arrange the icon and app bar layer. 
Edit Settings of the image and select “Top” , it fixes to the top.
