List containing Image Slider is not scrolling down

I have included an image slider in my vertical list. It works great but when I test in via PWA link, it does not scroll up or down. It scrolls through the images (sideways) just fine.
If you swipe up/down and your finger is on the slider, it wont move the list. But if your finger is away from the slider on any other part of the that list, it scrolls fine.

Is this just in the PWA and not in the native apps?
Otherwise, any known fixes?
