List Search return values

Hi there, I have a question about how to filter what a Simple List returns from it’s search.

I have Recipes which contain Ingredients. Ingredients are simple is basically a Text label.

When I do a search where the Ingredient name is also written in the Recipe name, and those two values are shown in the list, the search results are not only duplicated, but there are results for all of the ingredients in that recipe. See below:

I tried to configure the list in every which way but I can’t figure out what’s missing.
