Nadav, could you share the app URL? I’m not seeing any issues.

Could you share me login credentials of an account for login into the app, in a DM?

The app is not in English, you won’t be able to use it anyway.

The problem is simple, the list is loading very slowly.

Nothing to report so far. Seems to be working here

I’ve tested several other lists within the app, and the issue is consistent across all of them. Could you please check with the technical team if there were any changes made to the loading logic or performance metrics that might be causing this? I have already cross-referenced this on multiple networks, different devices, and various lists—the result is always the same.

I am however getting the following error message in the stripe payments component in the builder, which is not working:

Are your lists loading? Mine takes a long time.

Hard for me to tell because today I have terrible wi-fi. They may be taking a bit more to load, but they do eventually load for now.

@afonso, James mentioned that Stripe API was down and looks like it got restored itself. Are you still seeing any errors?

Hey all - this all stems from DNS issues because DNSimple is currently having an outage: DNSimple Status - Infrastructure Instability

We’re doing what we can. We’ve had a number of DNS Lookup failures happen but then resolve themselves after 30 - 60 seconds. Will keep working on it

DNSimple are restoring services:
