I’m experiencing serious loading issues with my app today. Pages containing collections and lists are either loading extremely slowly or failing to complete the load process entirely.
I’m very concerned about the performance.
Is anyone else experiencing latency, slowness, or loading errors right now?
Any information on the status of the service would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, thanks, we’ll be waiting. But by now, the intermittent issues, slow landing page loading, etc., should already be resolved. The world moves so fast that we’re seeing improvements with Adalo, and we’re very happy and excited, but we’re lagging behind.
I created a test app from scratch, without a database, with a homepage that only has static text. When I access the URL, it takes a very long time to connect. It should be instantaneous… We hope this adjustment is also implemented; it’s a huge improvement!
Let’s hope it gets resolved soon because it’s causing problems with clients!
Hey @Santiago, really appreciate your patience on this!
We’ll keep you updated as soon as I have an update from the team. You can also keep an eye on the Status Page. I will also update this thread as soon as I have more news.
I am having serious issues. Lists are not loading. Some actions are not completing at all and also users now can’t even sign up to the app. I am expecting thousands of users to sign up soon and I’m so concerned that the app won’t be able to handle any traffic. This is very disappointing. I’ve logged tickets and the response is that we have fixed the error, but they clearly haven’t.
This is definitely serious, if not embarrassing, particularly as we’re trying to demo with customers. Pages are not loading, lists are timing out. Parts of my app have completely disappeared. Also, users can’t sign up at all. That what concerns me the most. I’m now getting messages saying that a username already exists when it’s definitely not the case. Or it times out when users are trying to sign up.
My apps are still slow, and I keep getting internal server errors… I’ve been on a page for 5 minutes just waiting for a list to load! It’s a disgrace; my clients are furious. Because of this, a client who had an app with over $150,000 in sales opened another app elsewhere and abandoned me… It cost me a lot.
We pay a lot of money every month to have so many problems!.
JustI was presenting the finally completed app to one of my clients last night, but I felt embarrassed by its extreme slowness and various malfunctions. Not only did I lose the client, because they no longer trust Adalo, but I also lost a lot of money and time, and the app went up in smoke. No one will compensate me for this, but we would at least like some clarity on what is happening. Please let us know something concrete.
This has been the problem for years. Adalo only charges the monthly fee, but it sometimes generates significant losses for us (they never offer discounts or bonuses). It’s always the same problems. Today, we’re far behind other companies that launch excellent new offerings daily, and their apps are flying. We’re obsolete… My apps still don’t work! It’s a constant headache to have a new problem and have to make excuses to clients and users.
Yep! Same here. I don’t know what happened, but I’ve been sending ticket after ticket this last copuple of months, error after error.. I lost many clients in the last few months.
I’ve been with Adalo since 2020 and I’ve never experienced this.
Please let us know what solutions you guys will implement so we can be sure we can trust Adalo and continue planning for the future.
I understand you completely, especially for developers like us who have been working on the platform for many years, with dozens and dozens of apps delivered. I always try to make excuses to customers to reassure them, but after a while this situation creates a lot of discomfort. Especially when we are the ones who have to face the music and take the blame, when in reality the apps are developed properly and it is an internal problem.
