Why it shows a loading when i click a normal button to go to the next screen even if no data is connected?

I wrote to support but they never come back to me

Hello, it usually depends on the internet speed. Also,please click on the linking action and make sure that there’s no data being transferred between the screens.

Not true, even if data is not connected and only on iOS not on pwa or safari
