Lottie Files - JSON is too long to paste into Adalo

Hi,

I am trying to convert a short MP4 to a JSON. The MP4 itself is 174kb.

I am converting the MP4 to a JSON using this tool.

It uploads to LottieFiles successfully and looks good. Here is the link: https://lottiefiles.com/76024-mfopenlowerq

The JSON is available there and is about 1MB. The issue is, the actual text of the JSON is so long that when I paste it into Adalo, it crashes. I have tried at least 10 times.

Does anyone know how I can reduce the length of the JSON?

Thank you,

Murad

Thank you! I’ve used it before with existing lottie files; this is the first time I have had an animation be custom made and I am trying to convert it into a lottie file and then put it into Adalo.

You can download the JSON from the link I attached here: https://lottiefiles.com/76024-mfopenlowerq

It is very long.

Any ideas?

Really appreciate it!

@HusMurad @pford will help you

I would try reducing the quality of the file little by little to see if the JSON length is affected any. Also, try a different browser as well to make sure it’s not a local issue on your computer.

Tried from a different browser and altering the quality - unfortunately not giving me a solution. The length of the JSON is still excessive even at the lowest quality or at reduced FPS.

How long is the MP4? Is it a full frame video or does it include alpha channels (transparency)?

It’s 4 seconds. How do I check if it has alpha channels?

I have uploaded the mp4 here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13oBum-bObtt8v3IHgeXqhv-oskG4Wos2/view?usp=sharing

Actually I get an error when trying to play it -

How about now? It’s on a public google drive link.
