Make distance on custom lists

Hope you’re doing good!

Is there a way to make the distance between custom lists larger?
I’m able to make them larger on a horizontal side, but not on the vertical spacing.

All you gotta do is add an invisible rectangle to the list below your content.

With invisible rectangle inside list below other content:

yes, but it spaces vertically and horizontally. if you look at it on the editor it looks fine, but on the previewer it looks overlapped.

what I found works best is to make the rectangles of the list smaller than they should be and then add item spacing.
