I think its been a while now and Adalo hasnt created a way to create instances of components with specific margins to keep a consistent alignment of items on a screen. i love their custom list and i just wish they had that level of instancing done for custom forms.

Use rectangles as spacers. You can set the exact amount of pixels between each element.
Like here, I have 20px between these 2 options:
