Markdown component not working

Hi all, I just published my app and noticed that in some places the markdown component is not working properly. I want my text to be bold AND italic at the same time. The texts look exactly what I want in the preview mode, but in TestFlight they are neither bold nor italic.

The component works for texts that are bold. It doesn’t work if I want the texts to be bold AND italic.

I have just tested this on a native build and confirm the same.
