Hi, I am not sure what to do, I have reached out to customer service now three weeks and am getting no help at all besides them telling me to restart my computer. The app says it is missing components (vital ones like navigation menus etc,) when I submitted a ticket, I got a woman named Monica who says she is going to esculate this but nothing. My app wont even preview and when they look they say nothing is wrong. Someone please help!

Just an idea, have you try to clone your app or copy, so you have new app and test your new app.
It is accessible from the left panel, on settings → app access and copy / delete.
@SojournWallace Did you try viewing the editor after clearing your cache and cookies?
