Multiple apps with a shared database

Hello no code builders, pls I want to create 4 apps with shared database, any idea how to go about it and create relationship and collection for them please

Client app: for repair booking, repair tracker, total repair booked and repair status

Technician App: for repair being assigned to the login technician and be able to change status

Dispatch Rider app: for pickup and delivery being assigned to the login rider

Admin Web App: to collect repair booking, assign to dispatch rider for pickup and assign to technician and update client repair status
