Native iOS functions, especially navigation?

How do I make use of the native iOS functions? Eg touching a number to call or SMS?

My immediate question is more centred around using the iOS maps app to navigate to an address.

Currently, we have an app developed in GlideApps and this functionality is baked in.

Click on the icon to perform the associated function.

Thanks, I saw this video recently.

But it still does not answer my iOS native map navigation question as this relies in Google Maps.

EDIT: After testing, the map navigation is not suitable. As I expected, this relies on having Google Maps installed. I need native iOS map navigation from a clicked address. I’ve seen many other competitive products provide iOS native map navigation.
