New App Crashes a single, obscure phone. What to do?

I have a pre-launch report by Google Play of a crash of my Drunken English App on a xiaomi Redmi 6A phone.

Obviously, it’s not the real phone but an emulator and it’s certainly not a mainstream one in any market that I care about. My instinct is to simply take the Redmi 6A off the list of supported devices [if that’s even possible] but is that the best course of action?

Hi @DaBoo ! You can remove that device from supported devices in your google play console. But you also can try to generate a new build and submit it to google and see if the crash still exists.

If you need additional support, check our website www.boglex.de and schedule a free 30 min call with our team.

Thanks for the tips @Boglex. I’ll try the latter first then remove the phone if that doesn’t work.
