Been on Adalo for 6+ years. If you need any help or have questions, don’t hesitate to ask! My biggest tip: start small, learn the logic, and then scale up. What are you planning to build?
Start with something simple, slowly you will understand more. Adalo is simple and that’s all the fun.

I’m also fairly new to Adalo, but one thing I noticed is that starting with a small test project really helps to understand how the database and screens connect. Once the logic starts making sense, building more complex things becomes much easier.
Another thing that helped me was looking at other people’s projects and templates to see how they structure things.
Curious to know what kind of app you’re planning to build. Are you working on something specific or just exploring the platform for now?
