Hi everyone
I am experiencing a problem with the Simple list i added to my health tracking app. When i log the symptoms from a log screen it only overwrites on the already added symptom and duplicates, e.g when i log headaches and come again and log flu it’ll overwrite headaches with flu and duplicate. Can anyone kindly offer some assistance.

Here is my guess off of the information provided… You may want to double check your actions. Are you doing a create or update action? Also check and see if you have any duplicated actions that may be tied to multiple buttons and/or groups. Ive had a similar thing happen in the past and it ended up being a duplicated action.
If you can post a video of what’s happening as well as screen shots of where you have your actions set up it may be easier to diagnose what is happening.
