Periodically updating collection based on entries in other collection

Hi,

I have a collection A that has records with names A1, A2, A3 and so on. And I have another collection B.
Now I want to periodically (daily) update the collection B and add new records that have the names A1, A2, A3… and some other values based on the current date. What would be a simple way to achieve this? Is Zapier sufficient for this?
