Problem with date picker

Hello,

I have many problems using date picker.
I use 2 dates in many form. The first date works well the second does not work
On display screens (iPhone Web app) : invalid date appears instead of the date (wich exists in the database)
On creation and update screens : I choose the date using date picker and nothing happen … so it is impossible to update or create a new record

Same problem using dates as filter ; from date 1 to Date 2 . Date 1 appears, Date 2 does not appears
No screen has been changed. It worked last week perfectly

Does anybody has the same problem
