QR code scanner bug?

Hello,

Could someone tell me why the QR code Scanner component is not working?

When I look at the rendering of the application on a phone, the component does not display the camera to scan the QR code. It simply displays a scanner image that remains frozen (see attachment)

Is there a bug in the component, or is it my settings that are not good?
