To be honest, I don’t have any ideas left why this could had happened, I’m sorry. Or I’m missing something completely simple.
And I hope you didn’t delete the screen names (like in the screenshot below):

If you still have screen names in place, but they are not displayed in the “app building canvas”, then probably you should submit a support ticket here: Submit a Support Ticket

Menu component on the page. That the component that shows your page name along with the menu

What browser are you using? Can you try it in a new incognito window and disable all extensions you may have installed on the browser?
